This is one of artist Toni Ross' five restaurants, and her partners and team always get it right. Normal ribs, chicken, brisket options are excellent, but surprise yourself with roasted beets or a salad with burnt ends. Eat outside with nice, open skies. There's a field behind the parking lot but I have no idea what grows there.
What constitutes BBQ (beef or pork? dry rub or sauce?) splits a crowd, but everything at our 'cue joint where Sagaponack meets Wainscott unites one. We smoke our dry-rubbed meats on-site and serve plenty of housemade sauces, southern-inspired sides, and whiskeys to make everyone happy. Reclaimed barn wood, a fireplace, local bands, trivia night, and an expansive deck all add to the conviviality both on- and off- season.
