Consistently great tasting food often using local products plus foraged ramps, nettles and other unique touches that make this experience unique whether you are aiming for a romantic night or a fun afternoon with friends. My personal favorite is the skirt steak.
"Swoon still holds its own as one of the nicest restaurants in Hudson. It’s located in a fairly stripped-back old retail space and is filled with antique furnishings. Maybe because it’s one of the few restaurants that was there when I first started visiting, this place feels like home to me."
