Notes from Rolfs Kitchen: At Rolf's Kitchen, we want our guests to feel well taken care of and be served good food. Our philosophy is simplicity and quality. The food is served without scrolls and frills. The founder Rolf's idea was to invite the guest into the kitchen, instead of just being served from a kitchen behind closed doors. That is why the kitchen is completely open and from the bar you can follow the chefs' crafts.
Restaurateur Johan Jureskog together with chef Magnus Johansson creates a menu where the flavors of the season are clearly shown. All ingredients are carefully selected and we work as closely as possible with nearby producers.
