Based in NYC, Juan studied architecture in Mexico City and Australia and works mostly as an interior designer for a wide range of international clients. For the last 17 years, Juan and his partner David Usborne have had different weekend homes in the Hudson Valley, including for several years in Hudson. They recently moved across the river to a house they renovated in Catskill Village with breathtaking views of the Rip Van Winkle bridge and, beyond, Olana, the State Historic Site.
