Notes from It’s a Dinner: The Menu: Each menu is curated depending on the season and the produce available on our farm. We understand that not everything can be produced on our farm; therefore, we source from other small local businesses. Prior to being seated, light snacks and beverages are served. Each event varies in location and menu, allowing both our new and returning guests to enjoy the farm and what it has to offer. Typically all dishes are vegetarian, unless otherwise specified. Our dinners consist of four main courses and one dessert course.
The Farm: Goshen Green Farm is a nontraditional organic farm located on over 200 acres of undeveloped land in Goshen, New York. The small scale approach of Goshen Green Farm allows the farmers to touch each and every piece of produce grown. The farm is sustained by hardworking individuals making it possible to carry out the biodynamic organic processes important to the farms mission. Our Farm supplies the majority of the produce used for our dinners.
