My friend Larry Warsh owns the building and his wife Abbey is a partner in the operation. It works, and It's good. I go there for breakfast generally, and pre-pandemic it was a really good vibe. I'd bump into art world people there all the time. Now they have easy and efficient takeout windows. My go-to is the granola with berries or egg frittata sandwich on brioche with field greens, roasted tomato, and special sauce.
