What are you up to these days?
There are three projects that we’re really excited about and one piece of good publicity that we’re thrilled with. We are currently combining two apartments in the Ansonia to create a duplex. With the Architect Michael Goldman, we’ve designed a beautiful bronze stair rail, a powder room with a solid onyx floor (we had to build the room around the stone) and oak mouldings throughout. We’ve put together an exciting pallet of color and texture which I’ve very proud of. Additionally we’ve been combining two townhouses for the past three years for a long term client. After three years of planning it’s finally coming together. We just started installing portions of the house last week and are looking forward to seeing our drawings come to life. On another note; I’ve waited 20 years but it’s finally happening. Architectural Digest has included me in their impressive group of designers and architects, publishing my house in Millbrook this summer with the brilliant Mayer Rus (a friend and talented writer) penning the story. The July August issue. A very good year.
