The Cipriani's have turned the Battery Maritime Building into an urban version of their Lido Island property in the Venice Lagoon. From the rooftop pool deck, you can see up the East and Hudson Rivers at the same time, and everything in between from the Statue of Liberty to the Brooklyn Bridge.
Located on the water in Lower Manhattan, the iconic Battery Maritime Building, one of the last remaining Beaux-Arts style ferry terminals of the twentieth century, designed in 1906, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.
